For lovers of Italian wine and come to think of it, all things Italian, we are proud to offer a fabulous new event in Florence and Tuscany this year in conjunction with our partners Divinio Tuscany.

From June 2 – 5, 2011, this very special event will be featuring fifty of Tuscany’s finest winemakers, hand-picked by eminent wine expert James Suckling, and will include exclusive tastings, master classes and gala dinners in Florence’s most prestigious Palazzi. Among the highlights are grand tastings featuring the winemakers themselves and tutored by James Suckling, as well as grand dinners hosted in private Palazzi by the most well-known Tuscan wine families and estates, and an afternoon at Sting’s private villa, il Palagio.

James Suckling, former Senior Editor and European Bureau Chief of Wine Spectator and one of the world’s most influential wine critics is collaborating on this signature event. Together, consulting with founding vintners from Antinori, Frescobaldi, Mazzei, Ricasoli, Il Borro, Petrolo, Castello Banfi and Corsini, this distinctive program highlights premium wines in one of the most dramatic vinicultural regions of the world.  The unique combination of wine, food, culture and history will be experienced throughout.

Over the course of four incredible days, attendees will experience grand tastings, seminars, special dinners and entertainment – with the highest level of excellence in mind, from the selection of wines to the locations.
