Day 01: NAIROBI >> AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK: 250 kms 3.30 hrs.
At 0730 hrs, after breakfast, pickup from your city hotel followed by a briefing on your safari itinerary. Depart and drive to Tsavo West National depart and drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. At 1530 hrs, proceed for your afternoon game drive at the park. Amboseli is Kenya’s most sought park, located at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain Mt Kilimanjaro. It is against the backdrop of the snowcapped Kilimanjaro that you will find the big five i.e. the lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard among other plains game.

Day 02: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
One full day will be spent in this premium park.
Early morning game drive before breakfast to see the peaks and snow of Mount Kilimanjaro when the weather is clear and animals are active. Then after return for breakfast and later optional activities, lunch and afternoon game drive in search of more animals.

Day 03: AMBOSELI >> ABEDARES NATIONAL PARK: 410 kms 5.30 hrs
At 0700 hrs, depart and drive to the Aberdares National Park. The Aberdares is best known for being the home of the famous Treetop hotel. It was where on the passing of her father in 1952; Princes Elizabeth became Queen of England. Treetops is the original tree lodge, legendary for its historical royal connection, for the animals it attracts and for the sheer joy of exploring a tree house visited by rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, bushbuck, waterbuck and many other species. You arrive at the Aberdares Country Club in time for lunch and a kikuyu cultural tour. Leave the Aberdares Country Club after lunch for the ten-mile drive to The Ark Lodge and are met by an armed ranger who spells out the common sense rules of behaviour in a friendly fashion.

Day 04: ABERDARES >> SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE: 180 kms 2.30 hrs
At 0800 hrs, after breakfast, depart and drive to Samburu National Reserve. You enjoy a game drive en-route to Samburu Sopa Lodge arriving in time for lunch. After lunch at the camp, you have the early afternoon free, before going for an afternoon game drive from 1530 hours till dusk. Samburu National Reserve is a wildlife haven. Here you will spot Africa’s big cats - lions, cheetahs and the elusive leopard. Some animals are unique to this northern Kenya Park: Gravy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe and gerenuk. The Ewaso Nyiro River, the boundary with the neighboring Buffalo Springs National Reserve, is where the elephants, buffalo and other animal species gather for a drink. You will find the scenic semi-arid landscape quite dramatic. The reserve is located within the lands of the colorful semi-nomadic Samburu tribesmen.

Day 05: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
One full day will be spent in this reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Samburu National Reserve is a wildlife haven. The reserve is also popular with a minimum of 900 elephants. Large predators such as; lion. Leopard and cheetah are an important attraction – kamunyak the miracle lioness that adopted the baby Oryx is a resident in the reserve.

Day 06: SAMBURU >> LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK: 400 kms 5.30 hrs
At 0700 hrs after breakfast, depart and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch. Check in and relax in the Lodge. At 1530 hrs, after lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park until dusk. Lake Nakuru's claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo's and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.

Day 07: LAKE NAKURU >> MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE: 320 kms 5 hrs
After breakfast at 0730 hrs, depart and drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley. Along the way you will have a distant view of Mt.Longonot, Mt. Margaret and the pyrethrum plantations. You arrive at Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. At 1530 hrs, proceed for your afternoon game drive in reserve until dusk. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant.
It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 08: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Optional with extra cost: Wakeup call at 0500 hrs, you will be picked up and transferred to the balloon launch site. At 0615 hrs lift off for approximately 1 hour balloon flight viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience. On landing, delicious champagne – style breakfast is served in the bush. Champagne corks pop into the air to toast your return. At the end of your hot air balloon ride, you will be picked up by the driver and a game drive en-route to the lodge. Relax at the lodge. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive at the park till dusk.
Alternatively morning and afternoon game drives or full day game drive with picnic lunch at the Masai Mara River migration crossing point.

Day 09: MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
One extra full day will be spent here with early morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve. Alternatively, go for early morning game drive in the Maasai Mara. You spend the rest of the morning at leisure. After lunch at the lodge, you proceed at 1500 hours for an afternoon game drive till dusk. You may also opt to go for a full day game drive with picnic lunch.

Day 10: MASAI MARA >> NAIROBI: 280 kms 4 hrs
At 0730 hrs, after breakfast; depart and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for your farewell BBQ lunch at the Carnivore restaurant. The Carnivore Restaurant is well known as "Africa's Beast of a Feast".
