Amazing Voyages requires a non-refundable deposit per person (the amount of which is dependent upon the tour taken) when you book to confirm your reservation whereas the tour is only guaranteed upon receipt of the full payment 60 days before departure. Upon receipt of your deposit you shall be sent a confirmation note. The final invoice for the balance shall be sent within 70 days of departure. Your joining instructions and tour confirmation shall be issued upon receipt of the full payment and sent to you.
